You could go to a Pilates class to get your body back to the way it was, they’re good, right?

Well, they can be, but the truth is, most Pilates exercises will actually push the abdominal wall outwards making the mommy belly worse, especially if started too soon.

You could join a boot camp in your town that promises great results

But is all that running, jumping and weightlifting really appropriate for new moms or will all the jumping and running just make things worse?
